I recently stopped by the Swiss Air Dublin Office with some friends because we had a few concerns about flight changes and visa information. The staff was excellent and provided straightforward, understandable answers to all of our inquiries. They were kind and quiet professional. They were completely ok with us having a little pet with us as well. The visit was stress-free as a result. I felt content and optimistic about our trip as I left the office.
