KL University made a solid impact at the IIC Regional Meet 2025 hosted at SRM-AP. Four faculty members and thirteen student teams represented the institution, each showcasing work built through months of mentoring and campus innovation.

Every one of the thirteen teams earned a spot in national-level shortlisting under the AICTE Productization Fellowship and the YUKTI Innovation Challenge. The selections reflect the steady growth of student-led ideas and the hands-on innovation culture the university has been building. This recognition also adds to KLU’s standing among the top universities in Vijayawada.

The event brought another highlight for the university. KLU received the Best Poster Presentation Award for its display of IIC activities carried out during the 2024-25 academic year. The poster captured the range of initiatives happening on campus, from early-stage ideation to prototype development.

The university acknowledges the mentors who guided the teams and the students who pushed their ideas forward. Their work continues to shape KLU’s innovation ecosystem and strengthen its presence at regional and national platforms.
