E-Rate Support is a new spin-off of Education Professional Services (EPS). EPS is dedicated to relieving the burden on schools and libraries by simplifying the Federal E-Rate Program’s complex and time-consuming rules and procedures for K-12 Schools and Libraries.

Experience in the E-Rate program

EPS was formed in 2009 and continues to provide services to more than 80% of the public school Districts in Louisiana. It was sold in 2024, and the original owner, Dr. Teri Lawrence, is now the CEO of E-Rate Support.

With over 27 years of experience in the E-Rate program, Dr. Lawrence, the CEO of E-Rate Support, is a seasoned expert. She has offered annual training, filling the gap for affordable resources to help small and medium-sized companies understand the complex rules and procedures.

Through the E-Rate Program, $4.2 billion in funding is available for Internet Access and Network equipment and services. All vendors are encouraged to participate, but local vendors can easily become discouraged if they do not know the rules and processes.
