KL University is elated to announce that one of its students, Laxmi Shrestha from Nepal, is making global headlines once again. For the fourth consecutive year, Shreshtha has been chosen to referee at the prestigious Dana Cup 2025 in Denmark, one of the largest and most competitive international youth football competitions in Europe.
 
Held every year in Hjørring, Denmark, the Dana Cup draws thousands of young football players from more than 45 countries. Shrestha's appointment as an official referee in such a prominent competition is a testament to his skill, dedication to the game, and the university's focus on holistic development.
 
This milestone also highlights the growing global presence of KL University students. Learners from diverse regions, including Nepal, are being equipped with the skills, confidence, and global exposure necessary to thrive in competitive international arenas.
